CANCELLATION TERMS

By submitting this form you agree to the cancellation policy. 
These are as follows:  
* If the appointment is canceled up to 30 days before the agreed service date, 50% of the expected invoice costs will be charged. Deposits are taken into account.
* If the appointment is canceled 14-29 days before the agreed service date, 75% of the expected invoice costs will be charged. Deposits will be taken into account.
* If the appointment is canceled less than 14 days before the agreed service date, 100% of the expected invoice costs will be charged. Deposits will be taken into account.
* Excluded from this are deaths of contractual partners and/or their closest relatives as well as (imminent) births of the contractual partner or spouse or partner of the contractual partner.
* Weddings are governed by a separate contract and are therefore not bound by this form and the cancellation conditions listed here.
